clean hotel, in a location outside Zurich but strategic!
This hotel is located in Wallisellen, a small town near Zurich. The location is ideal because the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Wallisellen train station and, in just 2 stops, you arrive at Zurich Central Station for 7 francs per person (one way). Obviously the price is very expensive if you think that you only make 2 stops and the ticket costs about 8 euros each for a single journey! After all, in Switzerland what is not expensive?!?!?
The hotel rooms are small but nicely decorated and very comfortable and clean.
The breakfast is discreet, offers everything you could want but in portions not quite abundant.
Very courteous staff.
If you travel with a dog (like us!) you pay 20 Swiss francs per night, I would say a bit excessive!
However, I highly recommend it also because it is out of the confusion of Zurich.
